Diana is a well-established Operations Management Professional with 25+ years’ experience within the A/E/C Industry. Through the years Diana has managed several firms and excelled at wearing many hats. Inclusive of being Director of Operations, Office Manager, Bookkeeper, Benefits Administrator, Human Resource Manager, Accounts Manager & Marketing Manager.  She relishes in organizing business practices and streamlining operations to facilitate growth and expansion. Her excellent communication skills and ability to prioritize are essential in her position and adds to her ability to jump in and function as a crucial part of your team.

Diana has worked for high-end firms such as RHG Architecture + Design as the Business Manager and as Director of Operations at EP Engineering, and Facilities Office Manager Ammann & Whitney, as well as ARUP in NYC.  Diana is a member of the Society for Design Administration (SDA) and Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and through these affiliations keeps firms compliant with employment laws and regulations.

Outside of the office Diana is a PROUD grandmother (of 2), mother and wife.  She spends her spare time working with her daughter, a nurse who is her pride & joy in developing her artisan spa and wellness line. She also consults with firms on growth, expansion, and organizational development.  She is a firm believer in helping others as there is room for growth for all firms.
